@salesforce TDX 2026 is live — and it might be the biggest platform shift in 25 years. Here's what you need to know: 1. Agentforce is no longer a preview — it's the platform. AI agents are now core to how Salesforce is built, deployed, and scaled. 2. Salesforce Headless 360 is the headline announcement. Everything on the platform is now an API, MCP tool, or CLI command. Agents and dev tools can access the full Salesforce stack without ever opening a browser. That's a fundamental architectural change. 3. AgentExchange just launched — a unified marketplace merging AppExchange, Slack Marketplace, and the Agentforce ecosystem into one storefront. 13,000 listings. A $50M Builders Fund. AI agents on Slack are up 300% since January. 4. The free Developer Edition upgrade is a big deal. Every dev org now includes: • Agentforce Vibes IDE (cloud-hosted VS Code, no setup required) • Claude Sonnet 4.5 as the default coding model • Salesforce Hosted MCP Servers All at no cost. 5. Agent Script was open sourced - Salesforce’s agent definition language for defining logic, subagents, actions, variables, guardrails, and transitions in structured files. 6. Salesforce announced Agentforce Labs for faster setup and experimentation, plus ADLC skills to support the full agent development lifecycle, including authoring, validation, safety review, deployment, and observability. 7. A broader Agentforce developer platform expansion Other notable announcements included: • Agentforce Vibes 2.0 • Agentforce Experience Layer (AXL) • Expanded AgentExchange • Agent Script for Voice • Agentforce Mobile SDK • Session Trace OTel API (beta) • A/B Testing API (pilot) • Testing Center enhancements coming GA in May. One honest take: there's a widening gap between pro-code developers (who this is clearly built for) and the low-code Trailblazers who built the Salesforce ecosystem. That tension is worth watching. A small but useful @salesforce update: Implementation Expert has been renamed to Implementation Ready. Same recognition, simpler name. Salesforce has also streamlined the process. Workshop quiz completion is no longer required, and going forward, new stamps will appear directly on Trailblazer profiles during the first week of each month.
