🇨🇦 #Canada’s labour market narrative looks “strong” at first glance.
But the composition tells a different story.
One in three new workers is a senior, re-entering the labour force not out of choice, but necessity.
And over 30,000 Canadians added a second job last month.
These are not signs of a vibrant expansion.
They are signs of an economy where incomes are failing to keep pace with costs, and households are stretching to maintain living standards.
Growth built on strain is not sustainable growth.

Be that as underpaid trainer & staff, underwhelmed unappreciated owners. Regardless of available finances the prize money structure doesn't yield competitiveness, the race schedule doesn't encourage ownership #BrokenModel
