تالياً أبرز الصفقات التي أعلنتها شركات امن سيبراني كبرى لشهر مايو الماضي:
- شركة @Akamai Technologies تستحوذ على @LayerX Security (أمن المتصفحات والذكاء الاصطناعي) مقابل نحو 205 مليون دولار نقداً، لتعزيز محفظتها في Zero Trust وأمان التطبيقات.
- شركة Check Point تستحوذ على فريق وملكية @Deepchecks (تقييم نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي) مقابل 10-20 مليون دولار، لتسريع منصة Agentic Network Security Orchestration.
- شركة @Cisco تعتزم الاستحواذ على Astrix Security (أمن الهويات غير البشرية) مقابل نحو 400 مليون دولار، لتوسيع Zero Trust ليشمل الوكلاء الذكيين.
- شركة @Cycurion تستحوذ على ثلاث شركات: Halo Privacy و havenX و Secuvant (بقيمة 2.875 مليون دولار للأخيرة)، لبناء منصة دفاعية شاملة.
- شركة @Cyera تستحوذ على Genie Security (حماية البيانات على الأجهزة الطرفية) مقابل نحو 50 مليون دولار.

- شركة @Zscaler تعتزم الاستحواذ على Symmetry Systems لتعزيز إدارة الهوية والبيانات داخل منصة Zero Trust Exchange، خاصة لمراقبة الوكلاء الذكيين (AI agents).
الصفقات تعكس التركيز الشديد على أمان الذكاء الاصطناعي والهويات غير البشرية، وحماية البيانات من التسرب إلى أدوات الـ AI. يعني كله يدور في فلك الذكاء الاصطناعي.
