Mac OS is getting worse and worse. It was great for a while. Windows now seems mostly designed for people who don't work. Made for browsing and playing games vs being a serious desktop for getting things done. Both suck, but Mac still sucks less. I use Linux for most things.

I like X forwarding because I can hear all the tiny switches I use in my house start screaming out for death when I connect to one of my servers on the other side of the house.

I forget what the game was, but I ended up tanking the office bandwidth remotely running a game via X on the Indy that I had in my office. 1997, if I recall. I don't remember if that was 100mb full or half duplex, or what the game was.
