brearey is classed as senior management. I believe brearey tried to say because other management were freemasons they believed brearey & Jayaram were lieing about Lucy letby when they reported Lucy 29th June 2016 for harming babies a week after Lucy Datix report 25th on baby o .

Considering that Brearey changed Datix entries and lied about the cause of death of a baby that he killed. Jayaram lied about not being called by Lucy when there’s an email proving she did. They were about to be “managed out”. Lucy’s grievance was upheld. There’s much more.

What planet do you live on? 😂😂 There are plenty of reports. An AP nurse has killed multiple people doing ERCP. Datix does not record role, enerally, but ANPs are mentioned 10x as often as RDs, relatively speaking, in pt safety reports.

Staggering. 11X higher relative rate of safety incident for care involving ANP vs doctors from NHS Improvement data. No investigation, reflection or improvement plan in sight. Instead full throttle role out of substandard NHS substitute 'medical' care.

The consultants were killing babies right under the noses of other staff. The nursing staff made Datix entries explaining what went wrong but consultant Stephen Brearey changed those entries to cover his own arse. He was about to be “managed out” when he went to the police.

Leicester. University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. AI being brought in to write patient letters. Listen in on appointments. Auto generate clinical correspondence. And the consultation papers are already showing what that really means "dozens" of administrative jobs could go. Medical secretaries. Real people. Restructured out of existence so an algorithm can have a go instead. The trust's already said the proposals will create "uncertainty." That's NHS management code for "we know full well people are losing their jobs but we're going to dress it up in corporate fluff until the paperwork's signed." Now here's the thing I'm not a Luddite. We all use tools for fun. AI's got its place. But this is the NHS we're talking about. The same NHS that can't book a GP appointment inside three weeks. The same NHS whose IT systems still run on Windows XP in some corners. And they're betting medical secretaries' jobs on software that's going to listen to patient consultations and generate letters without error? Clinical letters. Where one wrong word, one misheard medication, one garbled diagnosis and suddenly you're not talking about efficiency, you're talking about clinical negligence. Watching to see at what point it all goes wrong, and at what point those former employees consider the NHS a burnt bridge. Because that's the other half of this. Medical secretaries know the consultants inside out. They catch errors. They spot when something doesn't look right. They're the human safety net. Strip them out and replace them with a listening algorithm, and who's catching the mistakes? No one. Until it's a Datix report and a lawyer. The trust wants uncertainty? Fine. The patients want accuracy, and the secretaries want their jobs. Some things shouldn't be automated by a department that still uses fax machines. #Leicester #NHS #UHL #AI #MedicalSecretaries #Redundancy #NHSRestructure #Britanistan #BrokenBritain #NHSFail #NotTheEveningNews #TruthMatters #PatientSafety

Don't trust Nurse B Her datix about Lucy not caring properly for her special care/RDS baby is rubbish. It was made up to provide an excuse to involve Eirian and report Lucy's "behaviour" towards Baby C. Filed after Baby D died - that same day 22/6/15 "22..." Eirian said

There is no evidence that someone did. There is no evidence Letby had the opportunity. There is no evidence that she falsified notes. Filling in a datix is her job, not evidence of a crime.

datix is a internal whistleblowing tool monitored and self regulated by the people linked to the problem everyone please wake up its safer to shove a note under the door wearing a balaclava and gloves

Excluded documentary evidence of her continued employment for 2 years in R&P.S office obviously based on Datix activity & over all support of the Trust. Not a stretch for the jury to figure out she was a scapegoat [helping the police with her Defence Statement too].
