Why should you have to pay a monthly subscription just to let a client or a writer edit a blog post?
I got tired of SaaS tools holding my content hostage behind paywalls, so I built my own headless engine. Today, I locked in the final piece of Saint CMS: the Invite System.
Generate a secure link -> send it to your team -> they create an account. Unlimited seats forever, and you own 100% of your data.
The whole engine will be completely free and open-source. I’m not done building it yet, but we are getting close.

I’m honestly nowhere near done with the project yet, but this is Saint CMS , an open-source headless CMS I’ve been cooking from scratch.
The engine is built with Go, the dashboard is Next.js, and I went all in on this pitch black UI. Just got the Webhooks interface looking right last night.
Still very much a WIP with a lot of bugs to squash, but we keep building. I'll drop the repo link once the core is stable!

I think it would be quite obvious between GPT-5.5 and Opus-4.8 when it comes to certain tasks like debugging and fixing issues though.
You won't see GPT-5.5 ask permission to install puppeteer or headless just to see the console error logs for one 😆

They are racing to build the OS layer for business. The real question isn’t who has the best model it’s who becomes the Microsoft of the AI. When that happens, SaaS & databases become headless, AI agents will talk to them directly, & the traditional user UI layer will disappear.
