Across digital health, telehealth, AI, decentralized trials, and clinical operations, organizations are solving real world problems every day — redesigning workflows, addressing governance challenges, evaluating adoption barriers, improving patient engagement, and learning what truly works in practice. Yet many of those lessons remain internal.
Publishing operational insights, implementation evidence, and outcome driven experiences is how we move healthcare innovation forward responsibly and at scale. The field benefits not only from success stories, but also from transparency around challenges, tradeoffs, and lessons learned.
At Telehealth and Medicine Today, we strongly encourage enterprises, health systems, researchers, innovators, and industry leaders to contribute their work so knowledge does not remain siloed inside organizations or “sit on shelves.”
The companion podcast discussion, “From Innovation to Evidence: Publish What You’ve Proven,” further expands on why translating enterprise experience into published evidence matters.

Day 3 Highlights | ECD Implementation Science Workshop, Shillong
The final day of the ECD Implementation Science Workshop - From Science to State Action: Building Integrated Systems for Early Childhood Development focused on translating learning into action through collaborative governance, adaptive leadership, and state-level planning.
Participants engaged in technical sessions on collaborative governance and the influence of environments on early childhood development, followed by hands-on group exercises and workshops. A key activity was the application of the Public Life Data Framework, enabling participants to explore how evidence and observations from public spaces can inform planning and decision-making for young children and caregivers.
Representing Pune Municipal Corporation, Mr. Dinkar Gojare (Chief Engineer, Projects), Mr. Amol Rudrake (Deputy Engineer, Garden Department), and Dr. Milind Khedkar (Medical Officer, Health Department) actively participated in action-planning discussions and collaborative exercises, reflecting on key learnings and identifying priorities for strengthening integrated ECD systems.
The workshop concluded with reflections, next steps, and a collective commitment to advancing Early Childhood Development through cross-sector collaboration and evidence-based implementation. Certificates were awarded to participants, marking the successful completion of the three-day learning exchange and convening.

We are proud to announce that the #iCCaRE FP5 Nigeria Study is now officially registered on **ClinicalTrials.gov** (NCT07598032) — an important milestone for the iCCaRE Consortium and a significant advancement for oncology research in Nigeria.
This achievement reflects years of vision, collaboration, scientific leadership, and dedication across multiple teams and institutions committed to strengthening cancer research capacity and improving outcomes for patients across Africa.
Clinical trial registration is more than an administrative step — it represents scientific transparency, global visibility, research accountability, and readiness to contribute high-quality evidence to the international cancer community. The training was facilitated by Dr. Dan Lutasingwa, HDI Health Technical Advisor, alongside Dr. @AlainFavina, our Director of Research, who both contributed to discussions on strengthening integrated #MentalHealth and NCD care within primary healthcare systems.
The sessions emphasized the importance of early identification, psychosocial support, continuity of care, and equipping frontline health workers to better support children and adolescents living with chronic illness, pain, stigma, and mental health challenges that often go unnoticed within the health system.
