🚨 LOCK THE BORDER: NO CALIFORNIA TRUCKS ON U.S. HIGHWAYS! 🚨 Enough is enough! 🛑 While Judge Karin Schwartz protects the "process" for 20,000 illegal alien drivers, innocent Americans are PAYING WITH THEIR LIVES in other states. 🕊️💔 This isn't a clerical debate—it’s a body count. ⚰️ THE IMMEDIATE SOLUTION:The @USDOT and Secretary @SecretaryPete must DECERTIFY California’s CDL program NOW. 🚫🚛 Under federal law, if a state refuses to vet its drivers, their licenses are VOID outside state lines! THE ULTIMATE PENALTY:1️⃣ Grounded at the Border: No CA-licensed rig should be allowed to cross into Arizona, Nevada, or Oregon. Keep the danger in California! 🚧🚛 2️⃣ Stop the Carnage: We have already seen the tragic deaths caused by unvetted drivers. 🩸 Why is a state judge allowed to export this risk to the rest of the country? 🇺🇸 3️⃣ Federal Supremacy: The @FMCSA sets the rules for a reason. If California won't follow them, they lose the right to participate in Interstate Commerce! ⚖️💥 TO THE DOJ & DOT: Use the "Nuclear Option." Decertify the @CA_DMV until every illegal license is REVOKED. Protect our families, not "legal hacks" and lawbreakers! 🛡️🇺🇸💪 #Trucking #PublicSafety #NationalSecurity #CaliforniaDMV #DecertifyCA #FMCSA #LawAndOrder #JusticeForVictims #InterstateCommerce 🚛💨🚫 youtube.com/watch?v=ly2qHwnG…

TRUMP HAD BETTER GET HER A PARDON >>> SHE MIGHT START TALKING: "Hell Hath No Fury Like A Woman Scorned".... LEGAL NEWSWIRE: Ghislaine Maxwell Challenges Sentence Pro Se Ahead of Epstein Files USA LEGAL BATTLE: Ghislaine Maxwell filed a pro se petition to challenge her sex trafficking conviction and 20-year sentence. COURT FILING: She claims new evidence, coinciding with the imminent release of Epstein files. Ghislaine Maxwell, the convicted associate of sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, has launched a last-ditch effort to challenge her 20-year sentence for sex trafficking, filing a pro se petition with a federal court to vacate or amend her conviction. This urgent appeal, made without legal representation, comes just as the Justice Department faces a critical December 19 deadline to publicly release a trove of files related to federal investigations into Epstein, mandated by the recently passed Epstein Transparency Act. Maxwell, who was convicted in 2021 for her role in luring underage girls for Epstein, claims “substantial new evidence” has emerged from civil cases and investigative reports, demonstrating she did not receive a fair trial. Among her key arguments is the allegation that a juror concealed a history of sexual abuse during jury selection, potentially compromising their impartiality. This latest attempt follows numerous failed appeals, including a recent refusal by the US Supreme Court to hear her case. The timing of Maxwell’s appeal is particularly significant, coinciding with the imminent public disclosure of grand jury material related to both her and Epstein. This release, cleared by federal judges, promises to shed new light on the sprawling scandal that continues to unravel years after Epstein’s death in prison in 2019. Maxwell’s move, despite her history of legal setbacks and recent transfer to a minimum-security facility after an interview with the Deputy US Attorney General, underscores the enduring legal battles and the persistent quest for accountability surrounding the Epstein network. Conclusion: California’s actions are not just a challenge; they’re a usurpation of the union. The unrest in Los Angeles, the economic coercion through federal subsidies, and the imposition of burdens on other states must be addressed. It’s time for a balanced approach to federalism, interstate commerce, and moral responsibility. #CaliforniaCrisis #Federalism #InterstateCommerce

No surprise here—federal prohibition is strangling the legal market while the illicit market thrives. Interstate commerce would stabilize prices, improve access, and boost tax revenue. It’s time to end this failed policy. #EndProhibition #CannabisReform #InterstateCommerce

Oregon’s “oversupply” is really a policy failure, not a problem with cannabis itself. Federal legalization would allow excess product to be sold across state lines, benefiting businesses and consumers. Let the free market work! #CannabisReform #InterstateCommerce

Protecting trucking companies from excessive county and state court verdicts is essential to protecting interstate commerce. Directing large liability claims to the federal court system will help achieve that goal. All interstate cargo claims are referred to federal court. All large liability claims should be also. When you block traffic on a bridge, truckers are NOT honking in support of you. You want to protest over the Jews in Israel DEFENDING themselves and eliminating the terrorist threat? Well. Then go protest in front of the Israeli Embassy. Leave #truckers and #interstatecommerce ALONE. You might be delaying delivery of someone's heart medication. For those who are focused on banking as it relates to cannabis, the larger issue is whether interstate commerce applies to cannabis. It’s probably going to take a Supreme Court decision to effectively legitimize the #cannabisindustry nationwide 🔥⬇️ The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit is considering Finch v. Treto, an appeal of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois' decision regarding Illinois' system of preferentially allocating cannabis licenses to in-state applicants, especially those from so-called disproportionately impacted areas in the state. The district court determined that "because the cannabis industry has been legalized by #Illinois and many other states, it is likely to affect #interstatecommerce, no matter its #federal status," and therefore falls within the dormant commerce clause's scope. #cannabisbusiness #CannabisCommunity #CannabisNews #CannabisCulture #CannabisLegal
