Seo.Domains launched in 2014. Our very first client was actually Terry Kyle who bought from us a batch of 250 domains for PBNs. The price was ridiculously low, something like $5 reg fee per domain :) We did not know what we were doing in the domain industry for the first 2-3 years. I knew SEO but nothing about domains or running a business. Every possible mistake was made. We barely scraped by and if not for our great investors (LAUNCHub) it would have been the end of the company. Then we consistently got lucky. In 2017 we were gifted 550,000 Swedish domains almost for free. In 2018 over 300,000 Romanian domains dropped at once and we got many good ones. In 2020-2022 domain parking exploded, we started making $6000 a day from ads. In 2024 Indonesian, Thai and Vietnamese buyers needed so much domains for their churn and burn operations that they ordered insane amounts. In 2025 iGaming repurposing became common, opening a whole new market for fresh domains. Prices skyrocketed. We sold a few individual domains for over $100,000 each! ... In 2026 we realize it's time to give back after 10 years or having luck :) Seo.Domains contributes by supporting I Grow Younger (i.gy) in its mission to reframe mental health and give people joy and freedom. What an intense and inspiring week in Romania 🇷🇴 It began with Endeavor’s Family Office Gathering, exploring the state of funding, private equity, and long-term investment strategies. Huge thanks to the Endeavor team for the invitation and to Florin V. (London Business School) for such sharp insights on how capital can fuel purpose …not just profit. Then came How to Web, where I joined Bogdan Iordache (Underline Ventures), Raya Yunakova (LAUNCHub Ventures), and Marius Istrate (TechAngels Romania) for a deep discussion on Europe’s blockers and opportunities inspired, fittingly, by a few thoughtful walks in the park with Bogdan. I shared my view that rebuilding Europe requires courage, coordination, and culture: • Courage to take long-term risks. • Coordination between policy, research, and startups. • Culture to make innovation human again. “Europe doesn’t need to compete on speed ..it needs to compete on depth: on meaning, trust, and sustainable innovation.” “We must turn foresight into insight, imagination into infrastructure, and research into companies that last.” Europe’s strength lies in its diversity ..in our creative industries, research labs, and values-driven entrepreneurship but we need better bridges between them.
