A just-published study (Dec 2025) has moved beyond "antioxidants." Researchers at King's College London found that Theobromine, a natural compound in cocoa beans, is linked to having a younger biological age.
The catch? You only find significant levels of it in real dark chocolate (75% ).
It turns out your daily square of dark chocolate might be doing more for your cells than you thought.
