Windows 2.0 for Reversi. MasterType I believe is also why I can type so fast to this day, despite some nice kids saying they thought people type slower as they age.

Yep. In 6-7-8th grade, on Apple IIe's, with programs like Type! or Mastertype! (I think they were called).
If we finished our assignment we could play games at the end of class (I liked Oregon Trail and Odell Lake).
It was part of our general "computer" course.

MasterType for me. Zapping invading words on our 1980s PC. I remember that "alfalfa" was particularly tough to type under pressure.

In the #80s, you might've played the addictive educational game #MasterType. I played the V2.1 edition for the #AppleII, but versions of the game were also available for #C64, #VIC20, & #Mac. I don't mean to brag, but I was, am, and will always be a MasterTyper. 🧙♂️

Time flies when your scanning.
I did a few scans since my last post. Scarborough's Mastertype manual, Synapse's Dimension X manual, Sega;s Buck Rogers manual and a bunch of literature for Personal Peripheral's Super Sketch drawing board.

Look I don't regret upgrading my monitor, but it does present some interesting new challenges.
Anyway, this is "Figures Formulas" ©1984 Scarborough Systems (better known for MasterType). It is copy protected and unpreserved.
