Where are they going to get the power? All the big DCs they are building are 5 years out, but it takes ~5 years to contract power, can’t do it overnight.
Unless big tech is gunna wait for nuclear in 20 years, they will go to $IREN $CIFR $RIOT this year

and that is why, at the time (SPAC-craze), I did an NetPresentValue sensitivity analysis.
It _doesn’t matter_ if they are 2 years late or just deliver 50% of the FCF from now until 2030.
They’re still _severely_ undervalued.
And I for one did _not_ invest at deck face value.

Company is now priced at delivering 20% of the projected cashflows ’til 2030 at 22-23% rate, or 50% of cash flow at 40% yearly return on your investment.
