We've grown the Simple Modern DTC tech stack slowly and thoughtfully. These partners fuel our DTC growth. Shopify Development: @TheVaanGroup Vaan combines performance and branding into one beautiful website. They rebuilt our website as Simple Modern has shifted focus heavily towards brand building. Vaan still develops our website after several years. @x_armand has a partnership mindset and that has been put on display throughout the partnership. Customer Support AI: @siena_ai Siena responds to 50% of our customer interactions while getting rated as well as human agents. Siena is industry leading and constantly getting better. We've implemented features like ai chat and social media responding this year and they've been big wins. We’re believers in @LisaPopovici and @andreinegrau. SMS: @Recartapp Recart increased our SMS subscriber rate by 290% over Klaviyo. SMS is now our 4th strongest DTC revenue driver. 25%-40% of traffic to our major events are now through SMS. @somaatoth and team are constantly testing new pop ups for us and seeking to drive value. Warranty and Shipping Insurance: @ShipWithOP Customers now have one flow to get help with warranty claims, shipping issues and returns. Their team handles the customer interaction and works to a resolution in under 1 hour. We've been very impressed with their team so far. High levels of partnership through onboarding. OP has partnered with @parcellab to handle returns. Marketing Incrementality Testing: @HausAnalytics Testing with Haus has improved our understanding of ad performance and allowed us to scale spend. We're able to see the impact of our ad spend across our omni-channel distribution. Shout out @oliviaakory. Mobile App: @fuego_hq Fuego was able to make a higher performing app for half the cost of our previous one. They were able to add our personalizer to the app as well. We've been very impressed with them. In-Store Product Locator: @StoreLocators StoreLocators is for omni-channel brands. It pulls exact inventory amounts by SKU for every physical retailer in your area. It’s branding, giving us legitimacy of selling in major retailers. After holiday shipping cutoffs we push customers in-store to buy gifts. Retailers appreciate it. Site Speed: @edgemeshinc Edgemesh has provided a significant boost in site speed. They cache our content every 15 minutes, significantly increasing page load times and helping convert new customers. @loveless_jacob built an incredible analytics tool, that gives the most accurate look at customer behavior. They are incredible partners, going above and beyond to help our business. Landing Page Builder: @replohq Replo has changed the game in performance marketing for us. We now have full creative freedom, in a way that we never did with our traditional Shopify pages. Where we once were confined within prebuilt grids, we can now truly do whatever we want in order to best represent our products and our brand. 3PL: @encore3pl Encore has been our 3PL from day 1. They’ve scaled up with our business, which is incredibly impressive. They now handle significant volume, fulfilling to all the biggest retailers and drop shipping. We have immense gratitude for @kyle_benton and team. ERP: @NetSuite NetSuite was incredibly painful to integrate. We took steps back on our ability to sell because of it. However, being a large omni-channel business it had to be done. NetSuite is the foundation we need to operate at the scale we’ve achieved. Customer Support: @gorgiasio Gorgias isn’t the cheapest but for an eCommerce native brand but it is great. They Integrate with all of the platforms we use. We switched to Gorgias from Zendesk this year and it has been an improvement. Reviews: @GetOkendo Okendo is a high value review solution. They have every feature needed and are preferred partners with Vaan. E-mail: @Klaviyo Klaviyo is the standard for a reason. They have every feature we could want for e-mail marketing. We’ve grown e-mail to be one of our biggest DTC channels with Klaviyo. Most importantly... Of course, none of this would be possible without what @harleyf and @Tobi have built at @shopify. We are forever grateful to the platform they’re built.
