Yes, our #CodeAIR drone flies itself with #Python code running on the drone—no remote needed. That’s how students learn real- world programming, real-world sensor integration, and the physics of flight. It’s all about teaching how code controls the real world. But let’s be honest… everyone still wants to fly it themselves! So we made that possible with Python too. By writing Python on the #CodeX, students can turn it into a DIY remote controller that talks to the drone via radio. And check out that flight controller! In-flight telemetry, battery level, signal strength, even laser range data—live while you fly. It’s not just remote control—it’s remote data-driven control. THE POWER 🔋 OF PROJECT BASED LEARNING 📚 IN STEM. In the ever-changing 🌍 world of 📚 education, project-based learning (PBL) has become a powerful way to teach subjects like science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). We successfully incorporated PBL at the just concluded e-STEM Integration trainingfor educators in Botswana 🇧🇼. Through our technical partnerships with @taifatek, educators collaborated by working together🤝 in hands-on projects to understand 🍀 environmental concepts that affect their communities deeply and identifying how to solve these environmental challenges. Project-based learning (PBL) transform classrooms by empowering 👩‍🎓 students and redefining the role of the teacher 🧑‍🏫. That’s why at @STEMiAfrica, we empower educators 🧑‍🏫 and their students to begin by building background knowledge in their content areas, then move into the 🎨 design process.
