In 2022 I adopted a highway verge in my village, cut, scarified, sowed wildflowers rolled, permissions and risk assessments. All good until cut in June by @WSHighways even after agreement, I haven’t given up, please don’t give up either. @kfbok @Buzz_dont_tweet #wildflowerhour

🦔 Just had a hedgehog visit us…beside the kids’ #PollinatorPatch!
🤔 Makes me realise we don’t value our indigenous wildlife enough.
I hadn’t seen a 🦔 in about 25 yrs, but see 🐆, 🦏, 🦁, etc every few months in #Fota!
The obvious irony that we’re more exited about the 🦔!
