I almost always do incline on the smith and flat press on the seated machine so good there 🫡
Planned on Going back to DB incline press to max out the DB rack (my PF Only goes to 75) this bulk to help with stabilizers and such but we’ll see.
Thanks for the advice on rows tho, I’ll try wide grip, using straps helped a lil but not enough to take tension off of my bicep for upright rows.
Great for seated row and lat pulldown though, felt no bicep at all.
Need to start doing strapless farmer carries and RDLs more often, I think those would’ve helped prevent this whole ordeal tbh.
