Pull ups will build your back better than any lat pulldown could > 2-3 sets > get your chin over the bar > till failure > hang at the end When you can, start adding weight

Back progression. The Heavy Duty rule: Working set: close-grip pulldown, target 8-12 reps. Hit the top number with clean form → add the smallest increment available next session. I almost always do incline on the smith and flat press on the seated machine so good there 🫡 Planned on Going back to DB incline press to max out the DB rack (my PF Only goes to 75) this bulk to help with stabilizers and such but we’ll see. Thanks for the advice on rows tho, I’ll try wide grip, using straps helped a lil but not enough to take tension off of my bicep for upright rows. Great for seated row and lat pulldown though, felt no bicep at all. Need to start doing strapless farmer carries and RDLs more often, I think those would’ve helped prevent this whole ordeal tbh.

I think 2H is early. They'll keep market's afloat past midterms. It's to close to midterms to get a meaningful pulldown in inflation. Market down and inflation still elevated there's no win to claim.

the funniest thing is the bar curl guy is rocking barely 49 kg and the lat pulldown guy is pulling at MOST 30 kg she's rocking a red plate for a dip, that is not as easy as those two workouts at all. she's doing it by competitive standard, too. They just look wimpier than her
