We have seen it but can’t explain it. What’s different about this particular sample? Your true HTO signal still seem high enough so demultiplexing should be fine.

@scrna_seq question: I labelled six samples with @BioLegend hashtag antibodies for @10xGenomics scRNA-seq. I see high background with one of my hashtags (6) and I'm not sure why. Samples were labelled separately with hashtags, washed 3 times, and flow sorted before pooling.
