You've done the hard work of planning the session but how many coaching points are you trying to cover?
It's easy to arrive with a list and when things look chaotic or don't go the way you planned, that list gets longer. Players switch off, you get frustrated, and the session loses its flow.
This week, pick one coaching point, just one and build your activity around it and keep coming back to it throughout.
If a player is struggling, break it down and if a player finds it easy, find a way to challenge them further. The same coaching point, different levels of support, guidance and coaching.
Rather than stopping the session every time, try asking questions on the move how would you use that in a game? What would you do differently? Occasional stops are fine, but keep the ball rolling as much as possible.
