As a trained and experienced bartender for over a decade I'm not usually a fan of premix anything. They usually have exploding sugar content and random ingredients that are not actually apart of the original recipe ( nice its cane sugar also - simplesyrup ) and do not taste like the actual cocktail or highball as a suggests, I make my own everything but This however spot on and they make their own unique bitters also. Tumbleweed is based in Ossoyos BC and I am constantly seeking Canadian made products only so this is a winner for me. Sip don't chug and serve over ice .

If you have a wild Rose bush that's super fragrant, this is really easy to make. I had a metal colander full of petals, they fall off easily and make for a cleaner, easier harvest than #Lilac flowers. 3 Cups Sugar 3 Cups Aqua 8 Cups or more fresh Rose Petals Bring Sugar & water to a simmer so everything is dissolved and then add your Rose Petals. Make sure they're all soaked and this doesn't boil. So med to low heat.
