One thing I want to highlight about this video is that if we KEEP the debate in politicised culture, of toxic masculinity, toxic femininity, even excessive focus on racism and antisemitism, we can miss what is going very wrong with the mechanisms of the liberal democratic state. The attempt to replace human conscience with equity bureaucracies is dangerous to the human life of all citizens. Because if the state is beginning to punish women for recognising men past a trans identity, that mechanism of state to replace conscience with language rules, rules that are defined by the state, this means the state itself is becoming dangerous to its own citizens and it is developing ways to develop the rules for this process outside of democratic accountability.
