From Drupal 11.2, the last APIs that needed .module files are OOP too! Devs can make use of Preprocess attributes to declare object-oriented preprocess hooks. Now there is no need for a .module file if all of the hooks are on classes in the Hook namespace. drupal.org/project/drupal/is…
