Instead of criticizing Zohran Mamdani or socialists, we should expose their playbook, also called a toolkit in some countries. Democratic socialists nominate candidates based on auditions, like in movies. Candidates must exude energy, speak comfortably in front of large audiences, debate on stage, and rabble-rouse when needed. The DSA, a well-oiled machine manages the rest - crowd-building, social media, marketing, fund raising, and focus on raising left leaning issues. That’s how AOC and squad members rose to the top! Republicans and established Democrats lack this strategy. People are misled into believing DSA candidates’ popularity generated by a vocal crowd that is paid to generate attention, but it’s all staged; similar to the same set of paid protesters who appear at various liberal causes. Hopefully, I am not off the mark, but there is no better reason to explain the sudden emergence of an unknown candidate like Zohran Mamdani! This playbook started first with Barack Obama!

California is one of the most dynamic places on the planet. But it is a case study in how a rich society can spend more and more while producing less and less of what its ordinary citizens need. My take:

If California elections were fair, Democratic politicians would actually break a sweat. You'd see them on the campaign trail every single day, working hard to earn voters' trust. Instead, they’ve failed miserably in office — yet they don’t care. They already know exactly how many mail-in ballots need to “drop” to change the outcome.

BREAKING: Nithya Raman just defeated Spencer Pratt after giving a concession speech on election night and then getting the largest number in almost every mail-in ballot dump. They just cheated in an election right in front of our eyes.

🚨 This is a prime example of fraud and waste inside California's homeless industrial complex California bought this hotel for $8 million in 2020 and now wants $20 million to fix it. That is $625,000 per homeless person. 6 years later and NOTHING to show. EXPOSE IT ALL.

If you are supporting change in California - split your household vote for Steve Hilton and Chad Bianco. That is the only way to stop the corrupt Democratic party in this state.

I stand with Senators Ted Cruz and Lindsey Graham. If a deal with Iran verifiably dismantles their nuclear program and removes their nuclear material, I would support it. But the U.S. should never succumb to international pressure and accept a bad deal. It must be significantly stronger than Obama’s.
I am deeply concerned about what we are hearing about an Iran “deal,” being pushed by some voices in the administration. President Trump’s decision to strike Iran was the most consequential decision of his second term. He was right to do so, and we achieved extraordinary military results—including destroying all of their missiles & drones and sinking their entire navy. If the result of all that is to be an Iranian regime—still run by Islamists who chant “death to America”—now receiving billions of dollars, being able to enrich uranium & develop nuclear weapons, and having effective control over the Strait of Hormuz, then that outcome would be a disastrous mistake. The details are still coming out—and I pray the early reports are wrong—but the fact that Biden’s Rob Malley is praising the deal is not encouraging. President Trump believes in peace through strength, and his strong leadership has already made America much safer. He should continue to hold the line, defend America & enforce the red lines he has repeatedly drawn.

You’ve got to feel for Tyrell Malacia. He arrived at the biggest club in the world hoping to make a name for himself, but it just never worked out the way anyone expected. Long-term injuries, setbacks during recovery, and reports of mental struggles made it an incredibly difficult period for him. To make matters worse, some fans were quick to criticise whenever he did get back on the pitch. Football can be brutal at times. Behind every player is a human being trying his best. Wishing Tyrell nothing but happiness, good health and success wherever his career takes him next. Adios, and thank you. ❤️

CLEO PASKAL: When China says authoritarianism is required to govern a billion people, India is a democracy of a billion people. When China says religious freedom is too destabilizing, India has it. When China says ethnic uniformity is the only stable foundation, India is one of the most diverse societies on earth. India isn't perfect, but every excuse China uses to justify its behavior collapses the moment you look at the country next door. @CleoPaskal

If you want to observe Indians' colonial servile mindset, pay attention to how Indian offices and their leaders behave and bend backwards while receiving foreign CEOs/Execs visiting India. In my brief, ten-year long corporate career, cringiest moments have been those when I witnessed the cocktail of tamasha and embarrassment that unfolds when foreign CEOs/Execs visit Indian offices. I once saw a Managing Partner arriving like a bridegroom in the Janavasam car (Baraat vehicle used for weddings) with a retinue of Nadhaswaram players playing ahead of his car. The poor bloke didn't want to be rude and went through all of this patiently, with garlands around his neck in Hyderabad heat. Another time, I saw a foreign CEO being asked to light the lamp while a veena recital was happening. The veena player was an office employee and had to play her instrument to showcase, well, Indian culture. Yes, Indians are known for Vasudeva Kudumbakam (the World Is One Family) and Atiti Devo Bhavah! (Guest is God). But seriously, why would you want to be so insecure and give an overdose of Indian culture in an inappropriate context while foreign guests visit India and enter our offices? Why do we have to go overboard with our hospitality? When Indians go to work outside, none of this drama happens. If that's the case, why do we go overboard while receiving guests? The crucial thing here is that of posture. We don't stand straight and receive others as equals. We bend backwards and showcase our insecurity while receiving others. Can we develop a spine and receive others while standing straight?

Strategic silence is key in diplomacy. President Trump should hold the interviews until after the China summit. Mentioning Boeing and farm deals before the Chinese confirm makes us look ahead of the play. Let’s talk less, observe more, and keep them guessing. #Trump #ChinaSummit

Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass and mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt kicked off the city's mayoral debate in a heated exchange on Wednesday after Pratt called Bass "an incredible liar," and claimed she misguided Angelenos about the facts of the Palisades Fire when it broke out last year. CBS News' @JonVigliotti, who has been closely reporting on and investigating the blaze for over a year, fact checked two key moments from the debate.

It is great to hear Spencer Pratt in the Mayor's debate. He talks sense. Please give him a chance over looney socialists like Karen Bass and Nithya Raman. If Spencer Pratt had a fair media, he’d be coasting. Look at NYC: Zohran Mamdani’s socialist ideology was hidden behind a media shield to beat an experienced Governor. We need Spencer’s common sense in LA to stop "looney socialists" like Karen Bass and Nithya Raman. 📉 #MayoralDebate #SpencerPratt

I love when DC politicians and media elites have to constantly pretend they have so much respect for the plight of America's working class and poor, but then always have an unguarded moment where the mask slips: The Hampton Inn? Gross. That's for poor losers:

Just as a person without a following is not a leader, likewise a person without a media following is not a media personality. Don Lemon, nobody cares about your views.
Don Lemon: “I cannot say with a straight face that Democrats saying Trump is terrible for this country is the same thing as Donald Trump standing in front of a crowd on January 6th and telling them to march to the Capitol and fight like hell. I cannot say those things are equivalent because they are not. I am so sick of false equivalence. It drives me fucking crazy! Because that is bullshit. Because these things are not equivalent”
