Five days after the LA election, Spencer Pratt falls to third place and a woman who hardly anyone voted for in person, Nithya Raman, totally dominated in mail voting to come in second. No one with a functional brain believes these results.

1. It belongs to Congress, not DOJ. 2. Congress has made it all available. You can go sit in a room at the Capitol and watch it to your heart's content. 3. What vehicle does DOJ have to release it? There are no pending cases. 4. DOJ does not release all the evidence gathered in a particular case/investigation to the public when the case/investigation is over.
Replying to @Hamiltonstears
So why does the DOJ continue to hide over 40,000 hours of video? If it’s all so damaging, why are they hiding it?

🚨After receiving a briefing from a Senior TRUMP Administration Official on the status of the Iran negotiations (someone in the know & not just speculating), I can tell you the following: -USA IS NOT GIVING IRANIANS MONEY FOR NOTHING. All speculation and propaganda to the contrary is false. Some hardline elements of Iran’s govt (IRGC) have pushed fake stories & propaganda to try to kill this negotiation. -Iran deal is NOT done (95%, but still haggling over some language). No deal being signed today. May be a few more days before this is done. -Iran will NOT get any money or sanctions relief up front. -Iran must turn over nuclear stockpile to get anything. USA position is that failure to meet deal commitments means Iran gets nothing. -Long term USA objective is preventing Iran from having nuclear weapon. -Initial deal point is to re-establish free flow of commerce by reopening Strait of Hormuz. Deal should have 2 phases: Step 1 - Open Strait of Hormuz. Give world economy breathing room. Iran agrees to give up enriched uranium. Step 2 - Get the nuclear material turned over. Only then can Iran get sanctions relief. Bottom line: goal is to make a deal that lowers costs for Americans, calms world energy markets, and guarantees that Iranians cannot have a nuclear weapon over the long term. We aren’t there yet. Iran takes forever to get you a response on even small things. But we are close although it still could be a few days. “If we get what we are demanding, this is going to be a historic deal,” SAO says. SAO sounds prepared to do no deal at all if all Iran will do is a “bad deal.” SAO admits deal could fall apart yet. But if a deal is reached, SAO expects very senior USA admin officials to take part in a signing ceremony of some sort. Iran has agreed in principle to the framework but there are still a couple points USA isn’t satisfied with. 95% done. But literally changing words sometimes requires days in Iran’s system. Haggling over language. But USA feels like we have a commitment on nuclear stockpile and on opening Strait of Hormuz. If IRAN doesn’t deliver on commitments, they get nothing. “Iran’s ability to project power is a lot more limited than it was two months ago,” SAO says. “Their industrial base for building ballistic missiles has been substantially destroyed.”

Two days ago an illegal alien truck driver holding a valid California Commercial Driver's License killed two young men - 16 and 20 - near Lodi, California. The SCOTUS decision last week provides the framework to end this problem by making insuring such drivers impossible.

.@JDVance explains that despite his personal affection for @RepThomasMassie & agreement with him on some issues, Massie’s burned too many bridges through obstinacy: “I think the problem with Thomas (and I’ve told him this in private and now I guess I’ll say it in public) is that it’s one thing to disagree with the party on a particular issue….voting against the party on every single issue – you’re eventually going to make too many enemies… Every time that we’ve needed Thomas for a vote, he’s been completely unwilling to provide it… We can never count on him for some of the most difficult votes. …Politics is politics, and when you always vote against the party, you can’t expect the party to actually back you.”

Stephen A. Smith says he’ll never forget when two politicians ripped each other apart on TV, only to later spot them together at a restaurant “laughing it up.” “I was in a booth next to them. And they were like, ‘That was some DAMN GOOD TELEVISION.’” Smith says things on TV got “really bad” and “ugly.” So intense that you felt like you needed security on standby because they were “going to come to blows.” But after the cameras stopped rolling, Smith says he spotted the same politicians “laughing it up” and “clanking glasses,” bragging about how they got “everybody fooled.” Smith says this was a moment that “changed” his life politically forever. He couldn’t believe it. He realized: “The more division you have, the more control you have because you’re forcing folks to pick a side.”

LOL -- it's "going dark" because no one watches. Maybe he'll come to your house and do his act in exchange for dinner.
After this Thursday’s show, the Ed Sullivan Theater will go dark, and we’ll lose one of the nation’s funniest and most courageous, truthful, and gentlemanly critics of Trump and his regime. Farewell, and thank you, Stephen. robertreich.substack.com/p/f…

It’s true. Embrace it.
These personalized and childish attacks on the press are not normal but if it is now the new norm thanks to Trump and Vance then the next Democratic president better do the same to Fox reporters and the rest of the rightwing reporter set.

Re the announcement of a $1.776 billion compensation fund for victims of weaponization by the Biden DOJ. Much remains to be understood as the details are not yet known. But in my opinion, there is no "heavy lifting" to be done by any attorneys on behalf of claimants. For well over a year there have been attorneys who played NO ROLE in defending J6 defendants running around the country seeking to get them to sign up for "Class Action" lawsuits that never had a chance of prevailing in a court of law. The only realistic possibility of compensation was a willingness of the Trump Admin to agree to such via some mechanism outside the courts. Don't believe any attorney who tells you they are responsible for this development -- this has happened within the confines of the Administration. There is no need to sign contracts with attorneys that pledge to them a chunk of what you might be entitled to for you to have your claim considered. Contingent fee agreements NORMALLY account for risk the attorney assumes that a case will produce no compensation -- no liability or damages are established, the client gets nothing and the attorney gets nothing. In that situation the attorney is at risk, and the % in the agreement is the "deal" for the attorney to take that risk on your behalf at no expense to you. There appears to be no risk in the concept of the victim compensation fund as announced. As a result, a contingent fee arrangement is simply a give-away to the attorney who isn't required to perform in order to receive it. I'm in contact with my former clients about this issue. Any other J6 defendants who want a further explanation can contact me at my email which is on my website.

I didn't know Epstein -- never met him. But, based on 35 years in the business, and having take an extensive look into most of the available information about Epstein, I'm convinced the "tale" of "Pedo Rapist Island" and an "Epstein Client List" was almost entirely a creation of the South Florida Plaintiffs' Lawyers who have sued Epstein, his Estate, and financial institutions for nearly two decades on behalf of young women, and have extracted hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements by keeping that narrative going. Massie's efforts re the Epstein DOJ files were entirely a political operation he mounted against a President he despises -- one he has actively worked to undermine for 10 years while pontificating about "muh principles". He had to look to 214 Democrats to overcome the WH and nearly the entire GOP caucus who knew what would happen if his discharge petition led to a vote. And that is exactly what happened -- the nearly fact- free hysteria led to a burden placed upon DOJ's manpower that was severly debilitating at a time when DOJ was woefully understaffed and was fighting to advance the Trump 2.0 agenda on dozens of fronts. But Massie's efforts to extract retribution for Trump putting a target on his back led to a huge percentage of available DOJ attorneys being pulled off the efforts to fight for the agenda, and anchored them to the mind-numbing project of redacting millions of pages of documents -- nearly all of which do nothing to reveal any organized criminal conspiracy involving sex trafficking or sex crimes by the "elite." He's been full of sheet from the beginning. And those who continue to bleat on about the "Epstein class" only expose themselves as double digit IQ holders gullible beyond belief. Go ahead an unfollow me if I've just described you.
