So a 'he' shouldn't be in a female only changing room. And a big part of why he thinks he's entitled to be there is because everyone is going round 'politely' calling him 'she', he thinks they think he's a 'woman'. And where do 'women' go to get changed?

This exasperated man needs to understand that EHRC is not making any law. It is explaining how the law, as enacted by Parliament and as definitively interpreted by the Supreme Ct, is to be applied in general & certain specific circumstances. His beef is with the law, not the EHRC
Man upset because he can't enter women's spaces.

When Labour MPs like @labourlewis & Lib Dem’s like @EdwardJDavey say trans women (males) are no danger to women in changing rooms & bathrooms they always conveniently forget about the 60% plus of those males already in prison who ID as women, in for sexual assault against …Women!
āž”ļøTwo men pretending to be women both jailed for sex crimes on the same day in UK. One for n0ncery. One for m@sturbating in front of nurses. And that was just Monday! It's almost like these men are just raging perverts isn't it. But OF COURSE it NEVER HAPPENS! This is trans.

Amnesty's message to vulnerable young women: get your healthy breasts surgically removed and you can be one of the cool crowd too. Amnesty bookshop in Kentish Town uses this dangerous and irresponsible messaging to celebrate Pride. With a backdrop of the trans flag of course.

The idiocy on display from the Labour MPs in this piece is quite staggering. But as a journalist there also are some important questions to ask of the Labour MPs quoted here.

These MPs saying the law as it stands is 'unworkable' presumably think that it's 'workable' to have 'single-sex' facilities which are mixed-sex but are labelled single-sex. theguardian.com/society/2026…

Adverts for cosmetic surgeries were banned from targeting under-18s in the UK in 2022. So you won’t find promos for breast enhancements, nose jobs or even teeth whitening etc that will appeal to under-18s on TV and social media. So I don’t buy that this is ā€˜healthy’ or ā€˜normal’ or ā€˜supportive’. It’s something else, much darker.

I’ve been attacked for being a lesbian more than once by the trans cult. I’ve been driven out my home by the trans cult after a five year campaign of harassment and hateful conduct. I had 11 hares crimes committed against me in three years by the trans cult. This never happened in the 80s or 90s even when the National Front and British Nationalist Party were in full swing.
Absolute rubbish. I’ve had more homophobic abuse from the trans lobby in the last ten years than I experienced in the 50 years before that. Gender ideology is a homophobic cult.

Every Pride season, a familiar narrative appears: LGB people are victims. Things are terrible. Send money. The reality is more complicated, and more interesting. Britain has some of the strongest legal protections for LGB people in the world. Civil partnerships. Equal marriage. Hate crime legislation. Adoption rights. Employment protection. These were fought for, won, and they’re real. What is also real: those protections are being quietly eroded in areas most people don’t notice. LGB-only spaces being legally challenged. Young gay and lesbian people being fast-tracked to medical treatment. The specific needs of gay and bi men – particularly around chemsex – being swallowed into an LGBTQ acronym that doesn’t serve them. LGB Alliance isn’t in the business of telling people things are hopeless. We’re in the business of being specific about what’s actually happening and doing something about it. That’s a different kind of Pride. lgballiance.org.uk

I think the other ā€œstripesā€ are self harm scars. Many young women who have been sexually abused cut their arms as a coping mechanism.

Any chance of facing up to the institutional lie that human beings can change sex, and that no one can tell what sex anyone is? Judges, politicians, officials, media bosses all engage in this lie. And those people who refuse to have been hounded out of jobs. Its a really basic bit of truth the great and good were willing to give away.

I’m going to unpack some of this. 1. The premise that women are unknowingly carting around a Y (with SRY) is massively over exaggerated. The risk of Surprise SRY is minimal. 2. The risk of Surprise SRY is, however, non-zero. But in reproductively healthy women who have had periods and, more definitively, had kids is as near to zero as one can map in science. 3. That is, if you are a person who got a period before 16yo (ish), who has ever been pregnant or who has had the kind of screens that are offered to women (like cervical screening) without any drama, I’d bet my house you don’t have SRY. 4. If you have proof you have popped eggs and/or seen your ovaries, you would be almost singular (literally in the scientific record, the second case to my knowledge) if you also have SRY, functional or otherwise. If that’s me, with my entirely healthy reproductive system and physiology, I’m writing myself into a paper. 5. If you are born appearing female but actually carting around a Y with an SRY, it will almost always make it’s presence felt during puberty. You won’t menstruate, your GP might then discover unusual anatomy etc. Nobody in the U.K. should be getting Surprise SRY. 6. Ironically, Mums to boys are the most likely confounder (via fetal microchimerism). It should not need to be said that picking up some cells from the baby boy you’ve carried in your belly doesn’t change your sex. The carrying of the baby boy, almost certainly from your own egg, refutes that. šŸ™„ 7. If, despite being an apparently healthy woman, you get a Surprise SRY, that means you’re an interesting woman, not a man. It also means that you won’t be excluded from female sport. Because whatever your genetics, sport is divided on bodies. 8. The lay person’s fascination with genetics and the cultural position that DSDs are ā€œjust normal variationā€ has led a fair amount of even normally-sensible people down a dumb rabbit hole. They are medical conditions that are really rare. 1/20k is a binned frequency that we use in genetics to describe things that are really rare. It’s not a measured number, it’s almost qualitative.

I reckon you should have every single TERF take this test themselves. Be wonderful to see how many of them have a Y chromosome they've known nothing about their whole lives.
