Anyone who’s worked in a big company and who actually cared can viscerally feel the inefficiencies of management hierarchy that Jack describes. Now imagine that hierarchy being applied to hyperactive, always on, ready-to-go AI coworkers. The current hierarchical human layer will only slow them down unless it changes or is removed
