They called it off βfor regulatory reasonsβ but no chance the mkt change didnβt play a role in Adobe not wanting to fight too hard on this. Crazy this is a year later.

Assume $adbe would bump up if they paid the breakup fee and dipped. Also assume they could come back later and buy cheaper. Probably better for shareholders to walk.
