I'm facing a problem with the transferring process of my LPG from BPC@my home town to my work place IOCL, MM gas service, imphal. The error is attached. Please look into it asap.
I have started with iocl connection at coochbehar my first working place, then transferred it to Falakata BPC, and now again transferring it to imphal, iocl at my current working place.

The passbook machine is still down, and it seems like nobody in the branch cares about the situation except for the 'Come after two days' response. A complete nightmare in terms of service.

Abstract
Calix[3]pyrrole exhibits fluxionality-induced effects on its 1H-NMR spectra. Calculations using DFT method reveal ring flipping-induced cage transformations with a low energy barrier. Molecular dynamics simulations confirm the continuous fluxional property. Computations elucidate an upfield shift of the N-H protons due to the shielding effects exerted by the π-electrons of the aromatic pyrrole rings. Halide anions form hydrogen bonds with N-H groups, effectively suppressing fluxional behavior.
