This is in direct opposition to the image you are portraying in your ads. I know @AmericanAir and @Delta are being kinder to their customers. This is a global pandemic and the last thing people feel like doing is begging for refunds for trips they couldn't take.Please reconsider.
Your greed and lack of empathy are costing a small organization a lot of pain. Please reconsider this @united. I've tried to appeal to your customer service reps and they don't care one bit and won't let me appeal this.
