Having some type of exercise equipment at home you can use to get a 15-20 minute workout in is one of the best investments a person can make This doesn't mean spending $$$$ on a complete home gym Could be as simple as one set of dumbbells and a suspension trainer

Frozen blueberries can offer superior nutritional benefits compared to fresh ones, particularly in terms of antioxidant bioavailability. The key lies in the freezing process: when blueberries are flash-frozen at peak ripeness, ice crystals form and disrupt the fruit's cell walls. This breakdown makes anthocyanins—the powerful antioxidants that give blueberries their vibrant color and support anti-inflammatory, brain-health, and overall wellness benefits—more readily accessible and absorbable by the body. In contrast, fresh berries often endure days or weeks of shipping and shelf time, during which nutrient levels can gradually decline. Commercially frozen blueberries, harvested and preserved at their nutritional prime, avoid this degradation and provide reliable, year-round access to high-potency nutrition. Beyond better anthocyanin availability, opting for frozen varieties supports sustainability by minimizing food waste, offers greater convenience and affordability, and ensures a consistent superfood boost for smoothies, oatmeal, or snacks—ideal when local fresh berries aren't in season. Trump’s EPA sells out American public to defend Bayer’s sales of its incredibly harmful product, Roundup, by claiming to the Supreme Court that “EPA previously determined … that [Roundup's] labeling adequately protects human health” and hence, effectively, nobody can sue for the incredible harms it cases. Disappointing, to say the least… supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/2…

just put liver in the meat sticks everyone is gobbling up...some heart, too.
RFK Jr. suggests Americans can more easily afford groceries if they start eating liver instead of beef: "Most of the cheap cuts of meat are very inexpensive. ... You can buy liver or the cheap cuts."

Fitness predicts mortality risk better than alcohol consumption. In this study, consuming any alcohol or increasing alcohol intake over 10 years was associated with a 20–25% increase in all-cause mortality (vs. abstinence). But being unfit raised mortality risk by 65%, even among non-drinkers! Fitness also protected against alcohol consumption—fit people who consumed alcohol had the same mortality risk as fit people who abstained.
