But an important distinction gets lost in the noise: 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀—it's changing what makes you valuable. Software developers were once tech royalty. Anyone with coding skills could land multiple offers and signing bonuses without a problem, butt hat landscape is transforming.
