So I admit I had bought a Helium hotspot off eBay that was marketed as "brand-new" but I think it was low-key preconfigured...I never got it working, even after a factory reset. The Helium tech support was trash, and now the Helium hotspot is in the trash.
this and @abhay's post were posted within 10 minutes of one another. they have sold most of their $HNT tokens, they have left the organization, and they are coordinating to encourage you to support it
