Yet another person ripped off by the big chains / fast fit centres.
We are seeing this more & more & usually I take these cowboys on quietly alongside the customer.
NOT ANYMORE …. I will document & show you the failures & unnecessary work found by the ‘big guys’ that then end up coming to The Auto Lass Workshops for an honest opinion & inspection. 🧐 Where we will usually reassure the customer that they don’t require the majority of work ‘found’.
But this today has REALLY got to me !!!

GB has a Gas generation fleet of approximately 35GW. Over the past year that fleet has averaged just 8GW.
This is largely driven by more cost competitive European electricity imports keeping our Gas off the grid
Some then blame Renewables for making Gas expensive!

This is utter cobblers. The atmospheric concentration of carbon dioxide has increased by almost 50% since pre-industrial times due to human activities, mainly the burning of fossil fuels.

Some basic scientific facts for you.
CO2 is 0.04% of our atmosphere.
Mankind's entire CO2 emissions are just 3% of that (0.0012%).
The UK's entire CO2 emissions are just 1% of that (0.0000012%).
CO2 is harmless plant food, not the planet's climate control knob.

It is currently 34° here in Castelnaud-la-Chapelle. My family has owned this estate for several generations, my grandfather and great grandfather both kept weather records. This temperature is utterly and completely unknown for May 27th. Climate change is real and it is here.
