I stopped shopping at @Macys years ago. Sadly I made the mistake of shopping there this year. Ordered an item on Dec 14, time of arrival was to be Dec 18. They didn't ship until the 18th and now it won't be here until AFTER Christmas. Completely useless. Will be returning.

So @ATT had some sort of Uverse issue and in true At&t fashion no one knows what the problem was. It doesn't matter if the issue is resolved NOW. What was the problem BEFORE?? There were multiple customers reporting the same issue. Get it together! #ATT #ATTUverse #cable

@ATTHelp Uverse isn't working. Tried everything, restarting box, restarting modem. It just says to subscribe go to 9910 and the guide says no channels to display 🙄

Registering should only take a minute according to website,yet since yesterday I cannot get past "validate identity". I clicked "send me the code" too many times to count.Nothing happens!

@ChaseSupport Why can't I log in to my bank account?? I keep getting a message that says access denied "you don't have permission to access "secure25ea.chase.com/web/aut…" on this server. I have even tried a different browser. This is a first!! I need to log in

I was doing better paying on my own. Florida HAF payments aren't issued on time and always at the END of the month!! And no one there actually helps. #floridaHAF #HAFprogram #HAFpayment

#FloridaHAF is a nightmare and no one helps!!! EVERY SINGLE MONTH the payment is late. It's the 16th today and zero payment received by mortgage company. Last month they received on the 21st. I thought this program was supposed to HELP! #HAFpayment
