Congress just introduced the most aggressive H-1B reform bill I’ve ever seen: - 3-year pause - $200k minimum salary - Ends OPT - No staffing agencies - No green card transition It probably won’t pass. But it finally names the scam: corporate labor arbitrage.

Striking civilian structures, including unfinished bridges, will not compel Iranians to surrender. It only conveys the defeat and moral collapse of an enemy in disarray. Every bridge and building will be built back stronger. What will never recover: damage to America's standing.

Barrister Shahzad Akbar’s Speech was focused on Pakistan’s Army Chief, Gen Asim Munir. He told people that Asim Munir is ruling by fear but dharnas outside Adiala Jail and rallies in London prove that we are defying his Kingdom of Fear. And exhorted people for demonstrations across Europe too! Attack on him took place, within 24 hours of this speech, at his home. Masked assailants apparently broke into his house, and attacked him leaving him in a pool of blood with broken nose, jaw and broken ribs - he is in Hospital. Almost a year ago, he was also attacked with Acid at his home. British police’s impotent response has encouraged this new attack. These attacks and the recent court judgement against Maj (r) Adil Raja, create this unmistakable impression that Pakistani Agencies behind all this have support from within the British System. This is text book example of “Transnational Terrorism” and someone within the British State is letting it happen. Terror sponsors are confident that they will not be exposed and there will be no consequences. If this impression is true then Britain is doomed as a Great Power @elonmusk @Keir_Starmer @UKHomeSecretary @ShabanaMahmood @10DowningStreet @JaneMarriottUK @guardian @zannymb @AllisterHeath @FBI @FBIDirectorKash @TLHumanRights @RepMcGovern @mehdirhasan @ryangrim @DanielJHannan @metpoliceuk @CambridgePolice

One of the most interesting and underreported stories in South Asian politics: A year ago @ImranKhanPTI was a galvanizing force among Pakistanis—both in Pakistan and abroad—and also a minor international cause célebre. This is no longer true. You still see a few diehard IK supporters here and there on social media, and the occasional post by a committed activist-journalist, but for the most part both Pakistan and the world appear to have moved on. Imran is still rotting in jail. The field marshal is strutting his stuff in the White House. The once vocal Pakistani diaspora in London and Texas has hit a collective mute button. Somebody, ideally a Pakistani journalist with no dog in this fight, should write about what happened. How do you go from a beacon of national hope to a half-forgotten man in the shadows so fast? I once wrote that Imran Khan was Pakistan’s Ned Stark, idealistic but outmatched in cunning. That description still holds. But I’m not sure who that makes Asim Munir, whose rise has been as dizzying as his rival’s fall.

“Loss of human life in Pahlgam incident is deeply disturbing and tragic. I extend my deepest condolences to the victims and their families. When the False Flag Palwama Operation incident happened, we offered to extend all-out cooperation to India but India failed to produce any concrete evidence. As I predicted in 2019, the same is happening again after Pahlgam incident. Instead of introspection and investigation, Modi Sarkar is again placing the blame on Pakistan. Being a country of 1.5 billion people, India needs to act responsibly instead of messing with a region already known as “nuclear flashpoint.” Peace is our priority but it should not be mistaken as cowardice. Pakistan has got all the capabilities to give a befitting response to any Indian misadventure, as My Government, backed by whole nation, did in 2019. I have always emphasized the importance of the Kashmiris’ right to self-determination, as guaranteed by United Nations resolutions. I have also been highlighting the fact that India led by RSS ideology is a grave threat, not only to the region but beyond it. Indian oppression in Kashmir, intensified after the illegal abrogation of Article 370, has further fueled the Kashmiri people’s desire for freedom. Sadly, the nation has been divided by an illegitimate government imposed through fraudulent Form-47 results. And yet, ironically, Narendra Modi’s aggression has united the people of Pakistan in one voice against Indian hostility. While we reject this fake regime, we stand firmly as one Pakistani nation and strongly condemn Modi's war-mongering and his dangerous ambitions that threaten regional peace. Needless to say, to win the war against an external enemy, the nation must first be united. It is high time to put a halt to all actions that are further polarizing the nation. The state’s excessive focus on political victimisation at this critical time is deepening internal divisions and undermining the nation’s collective ability to confront external threats. It is naive to expect any strong stance from self-serving figures like Nawaz Sharif and Asif Zardari. They will never speak out against India because their illegal wealth and business interests lie abroad. They profit from foreign investments, and to protect those financial interests, they remain silent in the face of foreign aggression and baseless allegations against Pakistan. Their fear is simple: that Indian lobbies might freeze their offshore assets if they dare to speak the truth.” Illegally incarcerated Former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan’s discussion with the lawyers in Adiala Jail Rawalpindi (29-04-2025)

Hey @elonmusk In a multicultural society like Britain, violent crimes are being committed by all communities - but thank God, it’s not as bad as the U.S. The way you’re highlighting the issue, it looks and feels like a full fledged hate campaign against Muslims & Pakistanis. After riots in 2024, Muslims have felt increased fear, there has been intensification of anti-Muslim abuse. According to Home Office Muslims are the most targeted group for hate crimes in England & Wales. I am unable to understand how come a person like you didnt understand the vulnerability of Muslims and then why link it all with Pakistan? Criminals are only criminals, they are not American, Pakistani, or British etc. FYI Over the past two decades in the United Kingdom, there have been several racially motivated murders of Black and Asian individuals perpetrated by white assailants. Notable cases include: Murder of Anthony Walker (2005) an 18-year-old Black student from Huyton, Merseyside, was attacked with an ice axe by two white men in a racially motivated assault. Murder of Christopher Alaneme (2006) , an 18-year-old Black teenager, was fatally stabbed in Kent, in a racially motivated attack by a group of white men. Murder of Mohammed Saleem (2013) an 82-year-old British Muslim of Asian descent stabbed to death in Birmingham by a white supremacist. Murder of Bijan Ebrahimi (2013) a 44-year-old Iranian refugee beaten to death and set on fire by a white neighbor in Bristol, who falsely accused him of being a pedophile. Murder of Arkadiusz Jóźwik (2016) a 40-year-old Polish man, was attacked by a group of teenagers in Harlow, Essex, in an incident believed to be motivated by anti-immigrant sentiment. Altab Ali, a 25-year-old Bangladeshi textile worker murdered in a racially motivated attack in East London by three white youths. Murder of Stephen Lawrence (1993) an 18-year-old Black student, was murdered in a racially motivated attack by a group of white youths in London. *My dear readers, kindly spread this message as much as you can, so it reaches Mr. @elonmusk *

My first vote as a registered Democrat in 1974 was for antiwar candidate George McGovern. This year I'll vote for antiwar candidate #JillStein #GreenPartyUS
I was in Pennsylvania earlier this week to get out the vote for Kamala and Tim. Made a pit stop at a local market to pick up a few things for Kamala too. The energy on the ground is electric, but this race is close. Don't take anything for granted. Get out to vote: IWillVote.com
