Extremely frustrated with @TataAIGIndia & @AmexIndia.
Bought car insurance via Amex promising “priority service”.
My Tata Safari has been in the workshop 20 days, claim still unapproved, no response.
This is NOT premium service.

Hey @PMCPune, what kind of charges do you ask to provide approval on the design for parking within a cooperative housing society? My society is being asked to pay 1.5 lac just to approve the design, are these charges legal ? @ThePuneMirror

Hi @TataMotors,
I booked a new Tata safari. It has landed in the dealership’s stock yard. I want to get the PDI done from the professional engineer but the dealership is denying this. It is very disheartening. Isn’t it my right to check the vehicle b4 registration?
