I agree Beth & thanks for your comment. For 6yrs (1994-2000) CPS erroneously claimed no evidence of crimes committed by the doctors when irrefutable evidence had been provided to them. When they accepted sufficient evidence to prosecute in 2003 they then engaged passage of time!

Too many of these CPS/ Medical COVERUPS are taking place‼️The system is facilitating a lack of accountability, truthfulness & operates in a shrouded legal Secretary to HIDE PATIENT HARM & CLINICAL DRUG TRIAL ABUSE‼️
Pls RT: Is this news worthy? I've a meeting in London with the CPS on Thursday to discuss a Legal Review that's taken 7yrs re a case that wasn't prosecuted in 2003, when there was sufficient evidence to prosecute, because of the passage of time. CPS 1994-2000=No case to answer!

Thanks Mr Powell. I will, without reservation, be raising Robbie's case and the disgraceful delay in access to justice you have faced, during the course of the Seminar. Regards and stay safe. Rob.

Pls RT: When are Coroners going seek to answer questions, at inquests, about the corrupt way in which needless NHS deaths are investigated? "The inquests at Barking Town Hall will seek to answer questions relating to how the murders were investigated." news.sky.com/story/stephen-p…

Dear @MeirionTweets I listened with interest to your comments re the scandalous case of Savile, which was highlighted in the ITV documentary last night. Would you be interested in an ongoing 31yr State cover up, in Wales, of our 10yr old son Robbie's grossly negligent death?

Why is it that facts can’t be established by a duty of candour & honesty? Is it asking too much from individuals sworn by oaths & who parade their “professionalism” as a mark of their status? Are institutions so morally & ethically bankrupt that truth no longer matters?

What do we think about this guy (a doctor no less) who thinks that facts can only be established by a criminal court. That saying that multiple experts - including that of the GMC - have criticised a doctor is somehow not fact without a criminal court saying so.

I am a practising barrister and not only would I have not advised her to resist arrest, I wouldn’t have resisted arrest myself in the same situation. These statements are just utterly detached from all reality.

NHS: Serious Incidents. No investigation. Delayed investigation. Substandard investigation. What does that mean for complaints about poor care. And the frustration complainants already suffer. And how can @PHSOmbudsman new standards possibly help. hsj.co.uk/patient-safety/tru…
