They do this across the country, across alternative parties, to silence the plurality of Americans DONE with our duopoly and searching for a better way. Fighting for voter & candidate rights in one state furthers the fight nationwide. Silence surrenders the battle. Donate to IA’s litigation fund TODAY and liberate politics from the politicians. Link in OT.

Republicans thought they were gonna waltz into office without having to earn your vote. Then Libertarians showed up. Now the Iowa GOP has to campaign, something they'd rather not do. So instead, they've chosen lawfare and intimidation. Donate to help @LPIowa fight back: lpia.org/contribute/donate/?…

😂 they can form a long line…. And only after tomorrow will I take any complaints. We have a fight to keep our candidates on the ballot here in Iowa. lp.org/libertarian-party-con…

The true measure of a man is not how they behave when they win, but when they lose.
The ONLY Spurs player to congratulate the Knicks was Luke Kornet, Wemby and the rest of the team are completely classless. Trumpian even.

I'm sure all the people who spent years attacking Obama for sending “pallets of cash” to Iran will be equally furious about Trump, under the guise of “reconstruction fund,” giving Iran $300 billion to reopen the Strait of Hormuz that was opened for free before the war.

CBS: The Iranians are saying they're gonna have access to a $300 billion reconstruction fund. True or false? JD VANCE: That's the sort of things they could have access to so long as they honor their end of the obligation

Everyone should be against FISA. With or without Bill Pulte or the SAVE America Act. FISA 702 is unconstitutional. It lets the government search Americans’ communications without a warrant. Add a warrant requirement as the Fourth Amendment demands—or leave it expired forever.

The Spurs know how to TAKE the lead, they just don't know how to HOLD the lead. And that's really the most important part of the lead: the holding

LP members: Over the past several days especially, many of you have written to or spoken with me asking what you can do to express and effectualize your support of, or opposition to, various matters in the National Committee’s purview or realm of general suasion. Below is my current advice toward that end: - Be loud on whatever platforms you can. This should go without saying, but sometimes those things that should go without saying, when unsaid, are unsaid without going. - Write the entire.lnc address to share your thoughts. Logical arguments, absent unsubstantiated claims (including but not limited to profanity and ad hominem attacks), are most effective. Whether you are a citizen of a country or a member of a party, the worst thing to say is nothing at all. The way you say what you do, however, bears on its reception. As a general principle, people tune out when they read far-fetched accusations or ascriptions of motive without cause. Something as simple as “I am writing to urge you to ___” carries more weight than silence. Will it annoy us if you flood our inboxes? Perhaps (although I haven’t been annoyed yet). Will we remember and hold your writing against you personally? Unlikely (and the more people who write, the less likely we are to recall specifically those who do, unless they are particularly disrespectful or, alternatively, compelling). - Contact your state Chair and/or *mumbles* region rep because we have to work within the material institutions available to us *end mumble* and urge them to Perform Concrete Action X (e.g., support/oppose/sponsor a motion to…, vote to…, work toward [this or that project you have an idea for], etc.). - Lobby your state Executive/Central Committee to pass a resolution urging Concrete Action X, send it to the LNC, and post it on social media. Most state cohorts have excellent writers among them anyhow, but as the officer who is traditionally more often tasked with interfacing with state parties, I am generally quite glad to advise on any resolutions, the only restrictions being that I will not, in the process, provide any information covered under NDA or any other information logically inferred to be confidential / private with regard to particular individuals. In many cases, you should already have the information you need to write a compelling and accurate resolution, even without each particular of every fact. As Vice Chair, my intention is never to be the members’ voice—your job is to be your own voice. It is to elevate those voices that work to be heard and to amplify those actions that work to create momentum. I hope what is written above helps to provide some guidance on how to help me do so, and, in the process, strengthen the power each of you has as a member of our Party and movement.

I came home from a convention to hear I was being accused of assault. At the LP National Convention in Grand Rapids, there was a lot of crying from the NH delegation about a Perceived theft, of magazines that were discarded and left lying around, by someone who bragged about how his entire goal was to give as many away as possible. But they cried theft, because when someone they didn't like picked up a few off a drink table in the common lobby, an LPNH delegate assaulted her violently. They needed to blame the victim to try and set a narrative. Well, while they were busy crying about it, I collected a stack of the magazines in question, out of the garbage, off the floor, and from other delegates who were professing that they were thrown into their tables after they declined them, by Mr Nass, who was at the microphone crying about them being stolen. So I returned them to him, I gently tossed them to him, after getting his attention, and informing him nobody wanted them and they were all in the trash. Here's the video. The toss was underhanded, direct, and was easily caught by Mr Nass, concluding the task of returning to him, his discarded garbage he felt so strongly about that he was defending an act of physical violence against another delegate, a woman. A woman struck so violently that she needed medical attention, and the representative of New Hampshire, chosen by the Free State Party affiliated delegates, was arrested for assault. But then, Once home, I'm informed that there have been complaints lodged against me at a members only social club, claiming that I assaulted Mr Nass, and violently threw things at him. And claims this was a NAP violation. Now, regardless of the lunacy of an organization I'm not even a member of claiming to have any authority to judge my guilt in a dispute irrelevant to them, I denied nothing. I said watch the video, make up your own minds. But alas, people continue to claim that I'm a NAP violator, that I physically assaulted someone for tossing him some discarded paper he was crying about having lost. Unfortunately, this is not the first time, as the past several years have been filled with non stop libel and slander from prominent members of the Free State Community, accusing me of things that never happened, making up claims about the destruction of property that never existed, or crying about sabotage because they don't understand how data storage works. So why am I so down and out on the FSP as of late? Because the horribly shitty people who want to cry victim about imaginary slights are lauded as leaders, and there is no accountability from a community that allows hateful bigots, avowed racists, and deranged authoritarian statists to consolidate a cult like culture of obedience from their "community." No, I didn't assault Stephen Nass. But he might be improved as a person if someone eventually does.

State legislators have turned ballot access into a protection racket for the two-party system. The rules aren’t there to help voters, they’re there to shield incumbents from competition.
The most effective form of election rigging is making it nearly impossible for alternative candidates to gain ballot access.
