Data has now been weaponized with LLMs. Every company will want to protect their own data. Legal ramifications of training on others' data (for example, the getty vs Stability AI lawsuit) will also play a role. It will be an interesting few years as the dust settles on this.

And it’s a wrap - reporting my last chest X-ray for Mission TB Free Haryana. In the last 8 years, we in Respiratory department, @medanta have reported 40,000 X-rays. I now hand over the reporting to QURE.AI, an indigenous, very reliable AI system.

Are you using AI to to detect and quantify bleeds in your head CT scans. If not, why?
qER was able to detect bleeds with a 97% sensitivity. And quantification of bleeds had an interclass correlation of 0.96 with manual segmentation. Link to paper below:

Very soon, it might be considered unethical not to use AI in your practice.
90% of all Swedish stroke patients from 2016-19 were put through the our AI. And it picked up bleeds with astonishing 97% sensitivity. It has already become unsafe not to use AI!

My takeaways:
1. qER had very few FNs: gives rads confidence in their report
2. FPs are easy recognizable given clinical history
