Last day @mouneimnelab, and I’ve already done a transfection for a weekend IP, plated neurons, probed a WB, done mini preps, ran a PCR, digested said PCRs, collected lentivirus, and it’s not even lunchtime! And I might never do these bench activities again. Kinda crazy!
