#BitcoinCash has replaced the TX fee with the HODL fee. Instead of paying for spending your UTXOs, you pay for NOT spending them! A non-transaction fee.
Yes, with $BCH you will pay almost nothing for TX fees. BUT you will pay the "hodl fee". The hodl fee is the opportunity cost (smaller gains, bigger dumps) of holding BCH. All things considered, using BCH is more expensive for most people than using BTC. Must be fixed.

There's no more accurate a metaphor for the West than slowly bleeding to death by the hand of barbarians while corrupt authorities tie our hands behind our back.

I don't think non-Brazilians appreciate the magnitude of this. PCC alone is basically half the Brazilian government King Marco with yet another huge win.
Primeiro Comando da Capital and Comando Vermelho are two of the most violent criminal organizations in Brazil. Their reach extends throughout our region and into our country.    Today, I designated these organizations as Foreign Terrorist Organizations and Specially Designated Global Terrorists.    The Trump Administration will continue using every available tool to protect our national security interests and deny funding and resources to narco-terrorists. state.gov/releases/office-of…

It’s going unnoticed because so much other news is happening, but the war drums are beating again in D.C. The warmongers worry this is their last chance to get the white whale they’ve been chasing for thirty years, an all-out regime change war against Iran. A new Middle East war would be a catastrophic mistake. Our military stockpiles are depleted from three years of backing Ukraine. Our effort to reshore manufacturing has only just begun and will take years to bear fruit. War would worsen our already immense deficit and national debt. Iran is larger than Iraq, Syria, and Afghanistan combined. A war would not be easy and could easily become a calamity. Thanks to President Trump’s restraint during his first term, America has a golden opportunity to pull away from Middle East quagmires for good. We shouldn’t throw that opportunity away so that sone D.C. has-beens can feel tough by sending young Americans to die yet again.

How the welfare state works: You take away $1000 from a productive member of society. You give $200 each to five unproductive people. You lost 1 vote, but obtained 5. Rinse and repeat.

I can’t fathom how these people came to be labeled “progressives.”
Amazon says that it’s going to replace 600,000 workers with robots. Other companies are moving in the same direction. How will working families feed their kids and pay their bills? We’ve got to fight back.

Epstein met with Blockstream instead, whose founders became the core developers of Bitcoin. They proceeded to completely derail the project.

By 2014 Epstein was already convicted for things I don't even want to type.
In 2014, during Blockstream’s seed-round investor roadshow, the company was introduced to then MIT Media Lab director Joi Ito. Subsequently Blockstream met with Jeffrey Epstein, who was described at the time as a limited partner in Ito’s fund. That fund later invested a minority stake in Blockstream. A few months later, Ito’s fund divested its Blockstream shares due to a potential conflict of interest, and other concerns. Blockstream has no direct nor indirect financial connection with Jeffrey Epstein, or his estate.

This will be the final catalyst for a massive shift to the right. There is nothing more radicalizing than having to interact with Indians.
NEW - EU signs an "agreement on mobility," with India facilitating "the movement of students, researchers, seasonal and highly skilled workers," and launches the "first EU Legal Gateway Office in India" to support Indian talent moving to Europe."

Violent criminals are bioweapons deployed by the Left to attack peaceful society.
The entire hysterical "The prisons are evil in El Salvador!!!" narrative is an attempt to discredit the obvious point that locking up obvious thugs stops crime, and the West has spent 75 years complicating this in every way possible.

Nearly every major Leftist victory of the last century follows the same exact playbook of turning some sort of boundary (national borders, the definition of marriage, the biological definition of sex, etc) that was considered universally accepted for the last 5,000 years of civilization into a moral problem. From there, Leftists then would delegitimize any attempt to enforce the very thing that was taken for granted until five minutes ago by exhausting its defenders through endless moral outrage and ridiculous levels of hyperbolic accusation (“Deportations are a form of human trafficking!” “Having borders is Hitler!” “Trans genocide!”) And what’s shocking about this is not how absurd it all seems when looking at it from the outside (it obviously was), but rather than it worked so well. This model was almost flawless for decades. It gave the Left everything from feminism to gay marriage. And perhaps because it had such a stellar track record of racking up political wins, Leftists just naturally assumed they could deploy the progressive morality police as a sort of veto pen against any effort to undo their ideological agenda. But what seems to be different this time is that the Right is finally willing to deny the Leftist premise entirely. They’re treating border enforcement and immigration law as things that are axiomatic rather than something that’s up for debate. This is why the Left can’t turn ICE into a national justification for a 2020 style cultural revolution no matter how hard they’re currently trying. One side of the country just flat out refuses to grant them the moral legitimacy to burn the nation down. And in doing so, we’re finally learning that the Leftist playbook only works so long as you grant them moral superiority. The second the Right responds with “you people are evil and your opinion is irrelevant”, the whole thing crumbles.

I’ve received some questions about what we mean, in our National Security Strategy, when we invoke “civilizational” concerns. So I’m tweeting a relevant news item.

It's hard to explain how tired Latin Americans (the good ones) are of all the crime around them. They know that without street justice, these types of criminals wouldn't face any consequences. Except in El Salvador.

I remember being in Frankfurt on NYE in 1999-2000 as a kid with my parents. Unimaginable today. Absolute shithole of a city.
