It runs inside your cluster and actively checks CoreDNS, API server, and metrics server health. If a CoreDNS pod gets stuck, it restarts it automatically before it becomes a DNS outage ๐จ
No Azure Monitor managed Prometheus required. Metrics on port 9800, scrape with whatever you have.
Not for production yet, but worth testing now if you run AKS at any scale ๐
