It’s painful to see someone who knows nearly nothing about multifamily try and wholesale a deal on social media. $145M 3% fee!? Have any of these people that know little about real estate closed a deal? We’ve helped a few clients wholesale deals over the years. If you ever get a good deal under contract that you want to wholesale, leverage broker relationships. They know the players who can close, especially in today’s market. Also, don’t get caught as the Seller with a wholesaler running around with your deal, or even worse your deal getting wholesaled! 🤡
