Congratulations to space engineers Anna Menon and Sarah Gillis, who recently broke the record for the furthest distance any female astronaut has flown into space. 👩🚀 🚀
They were part of the four-member Polaris Dawn mission, reaching an altitude of approximately 1,400 kilometers (870 miles) above the Earth's surface. Along with the rest of their SpaceX crew, this marks the first time four astronauts have been exposed to the vacuum of space at once. bit.ly/3ziYUdk
