One question though @British_Airways… LCY, great airport, negates the hustle & bustle of LHR, understand lack of space for a business lounge but no difference in seat price, why not provide a voucher to spend in one of the concessions for business class passengers?

Lousy customer service worst railway company ever
Just read @theipaper that ex @Ryanair cabin crew said its reputation made customers rude. From my experience completely untrue! @Ryanair cabin crew treat every passenger as a drunk, they are rude unprofessional and uncompromising, a disgrace to their profession.
@British_Airways gets lots of stick on this medium, mainly because of cancellations and their web site, but if you want to be treated like a fare paying customer rather than a drunken moron, chose BA

Once again @EastMidRailway provide worst service possible. Kings-X closed so told to expect busy service. rather than add extra carriages they cram at least 2 trains worth of passengers on a single train. Gangways full of people & baggage. No sight of any staff.

Travelling on @EastMidRailway Nottm to St Pancras, & I must comment on how the (1st class) service has degraded over recent years from a full cooked breakfast to a warm cob to a snack box containing cholesterol loaded cheese spreads @Heidi_Labour roll on Great British Railway
Last time had to travel @LNER due to engineering work, oh! How the other half live, pleasant staff, happy to serve, quality snacks, even a glass of wine or beer, @EastMidRailway can you send someone over there to see how to run a good service?
on the day @BBCNews feature how rubbish UK delivery companies are, the biggest complaint being 'ring & run' i.e. ringing the doorbell, dumping the package, and driving off before the occupier gets to the door. Guess what @AmazonUK just did
