6. Implement true team based care to include (and fund) nurses, PAs, NPs, social workers, dietitcians, PTs, OTs, pharmacists, etc.
7. Stop focusing on “quick fixes” that the evidence shows aren’t fixes and cost more in the long run (i.e. private clinics, two tiers). /12

I also had to stop by Ch. Cafetería. This time, I went for the cookie and a few salted caramel chocolate truffles which I ate without taking a picture of but you should know they were outstanding. Even if you don’t like chocolate, you need must visit them on @stonyplainroad.

Defining what “success” means and determining the likelihood of achieving it given your current status, NOT what you did before is critical before you become overly invested and stuck in a role/position etc…
If you talk about balance and wellness, you should applaud this

"One of things we've put forward.. self referrals so individuals dont have to go to a dr in order to get referred to specialist help.. if youve got internal bleeding & you just need a test there ought to be a way that doesn't involve going to see a GP"
