John Ralph, the man who designed the 50% CGT discount, just torched @AustralianLabor ’s changes. Says they haven’t thought it through and will hurt young home buyers and investors. @JEChalmers is destroying the very incentives that built Australia’s equity markets and housing supply. Time to scrap this before it’s too late. Stop the new CGT. #ScrapTheCGTHeist #AussieDreamKiller instagram.com/reel/DZOsj4mTQ…

Classic. Lie about the economy, CGT, housing & aspiration and then rebrand it as ‘I changed my view’. @JEChalmers looks exactly like the Treasurer who knows he’s torching productive investment for ideology. The equality & diversity mob always exempt their own failures. Stop the insane CGT now!#AspirationalAustralia
Remember, you can outright lie, just rebrand it to " I Changed my view" and all is forgiven.

Labor took $11.5m from CFMEU. Then promptly canned the building watchdog letting the union run wild. Since Labor has been in power cost of a new build has risen 45% . Wonder why.

Corruption ekes out of every pore of the Andrews/ Allan Govt, and their Union owners.
The Secret Corruption Report That Implicates Dan Andrews, Labor & Militant Union Heavies will soon Be Not So Secret. There is no doubt in my mind that Labor’s conduct mirrors that of criminal cartels. There is every reason to remove a thieving, rorting & totally corrupt VIC Labor from Govt this November. #SpringSt #LaborTrash Govt #Auspol #FireTheLiar

The United Nations and Hamas: A Toxic Relationship? A close friend of mine from Gaza City, tortured nearly to death by Hamas, a well‑known activist against the group, and someone I helped evacuate during the war, was featured in the UN Human Rights Council’s report documenting Hamas’s abuses against Palestinian civilians: executions, torture, beatings, the misuse of medical facilities, and the terrorizing of women and children. When he met with the UN investigation team, one investigator was openly sympathetic to Hamas and the “resistance” narrative, signaling from the start that she doubted his testimony. He then spent five hours convincing the rest of the team that Hamas had, in fact, tortured him, despite extensive evidence of his injuries circulating on social media and a medical examination confirming blunt‑force trauma consistent with organized abuse, not random violence or Israeli bombardment. He even had to walk the investigators, including Ms. pro‑Hamas, through how his case fits into hundreds of others across Gaza, and how Hamas itself has filmed and publicly released its own executions, beatings, and torture to terrorize the population. Imagine that: Hamas documenting its own crimes on video, and supposedly serious investigators refusing to believe what is right in front of them. Imagine a human rights inquiry that includes someone openly aligned with the very group under investigation. It forces a hard question: why are parts of the UN system so compromised when it comes to Hamas that they cannot think beyond Israel’s actions long enough to examine the crimes of Palestinian actors, crimes that are equally harmful, shameful, and deserving of condemnation? And why are some so eager to believe Palestinians when the accusation is against Israel, yet so reluctant when the accusation is against Hamas, even when the evidence is overwhelming?

Sad state of affairs. We must stop the CGT on all Australian businesses!
Attached is the Australian article by Matt Cranstone on how the Senate Inquiry into CGT is all a performative farce, and stitch up where they are preventing the actual experts testifying:

There is no honesty in this Govt. Referring to the Commonwealth, but it also applies in Victoria .
🚨 Labor’s Senate “inquiry” into their destructive CGT changes is a total whitewash. Am I in or out. No information provided. Key critics and real investors/experts deliberately snubbed, no oral evidence allowed. Stacked with cheerleaders instead. This isn’t scrutiny. It’s a rigged rubber stamp for economic vandalism that attacks aspiration, startups, productive investment, retirees & charities. Scrap the CGT hike before it wrecks Australia’s future. #AxeTheCGTHike #AspirationMatters afr.com/politics/federal/cri…

Francesca Albanese calls herself a “human rights lawyer.” But she's not a lawyer. She never passed a Bar Exam. She never defended a human rights activist in court. She did do legal research for UNRWA, which is infested with terrorists. She's a legal researcher for terrorists.

There are a large number of anti Israel, anti Zionism , anti Jewish people, who will continue to deny this reality. Hamas are Terrorist scum who brutalize their own people whilst seeking to eliminate every Jewish person they can find.
On This Day — June 10, 2007 Hamas turned Gaza into a butcher shop. Two years after Israel unilaterally withdrew every soldier, ‘settler,’ and Jew from Gaza — leaving the greenhouses intact and handing over the keys in the name of peace — Hamas showed the world exactly what they do with power. After winning the 2006 elections, they didn’t build a state. They butchered. On June 10, 2007, during the final phase of the Fatah-Hamas civil war, Hamas gunmen grabbed Mohammed Sweirki, an officer in the elite Palestinian Presidential Guard. They dragged him to the roof of a 15-story apartment building — the tallest in Gaza — and hurled him to his death. His body plummeted through the air and smashed into the concrete below in a public execution designed to send a message: This is what happens to our enemies. Fatah retaliated that same night: they murdered the imam of Gaza’s Great Mosque and opened fire on Hamas leader and newly elected Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh’s home. Then, just before midnight, Fatah’s own terrorists seized a Hamas fighter and threw him screaming off a 12-story building. Rooftop executions. Bodies shattered on pavement. Blood running in the streets of Gaza. This wasn’t politics or ‘resistance.’ The was raw, medieval savagery between two terror factions fighting over who would get to rule the ruins. By June 14, it was over. Hamas completed its bloody coup. They seized total control of Gaza through murder, intimidation, and terror — throwing political rivals from rooftops, executing opponents in the streets, and dragging their bodies through the dirt. This is how Hamas won absolute power. Israel left. Palestinians voted. Hamas murdered its way to dictatorship. And from that river of Arab blood spilled in 2007 flowed the October 7 Massacre in 2023. Never forget how this nightmare actually began: not with ‘occupation,’ but with Hamas choosing barbarism and destruction over peace and building the moment they had the chance.

Congrats to Graeme Samuel for cheering on the @AlboMP @JEChalmers war on capital. After 30 years, “courage” apparently means lying to all Australians, attacking the very investment that funds jobs, startups and innovation. This is why Australia’s productivity is stuck and capital is fleeing. Vested interests aren’t just “private”, the biggest one is a government addicted to spending other people’s money.
‘congratulations to Chalmers & Albanese. After 30 yrs, we have 2 leaders, supported by cabinet, with the courage, determination & commitment to serve the public interest by resisting the self-serving calls of private vested interests..’ - Graeme Samuel. smh.com.au/politics/federal/…

Even the UN admits it now! A new UN report documents Hamas publicly executing, torturing, and maiming Palestinians in Gaza: blindfolded men shot in public squares, beatings with metal pipes, deliberately broken bones, and public punishments designed to spread fear. For years, many tried to portray Hamas as freedom fighters. The reality is much simpler: Hamas terrorizes Israelis and Palestinians alike.

A straw poll of CFMEU members shows that 98% on members think she is doing a great job, The remaining 2% think they deserve another $5Billion
If that’s what he calls a good job, Victorians would hate to see a bad job.

The current 50% CGT discount is not a "benefit". The Government has insisted that the existing 50% CGT discount is an unfair “benefit” – a giveaway tilted toward the wealthy that the Budget can no longer justify handing out, and which it is now time to take back. But there is a sleight of hand buried in that very framing, and it deserves to be named. The entire debate has been conducted on the premise that the 50 per cent discount is a benefit the taxpayer receives – something handed out, like a subsidy, that the Government may now sensibly withdraw. This framing should be rejected outright. The discount is not money the Government gives to anyone. It is money the Government refrains from taking. Those are not the same thing, and the difference is not pedantic. The capital being taxed was earned, saved out of already-taxed income, and put at risk by the person who owns it. When the Government declines to tax half of the resulting gain, it is not bestowing a gift; it is simply leaving the taxpayer in possession of more of what was already theirs. To call that a “benefit” the taxpayer enjoys is to start from the assumption that the money belonged to the Government in the first place, and that anything the taxpayer keeps is a concession granted by the state’s generosity. It is precisely backwards. The default is not that the Government owns your capital and graciously lets you keep some. The default is that the capital is yours, and the tax is the imposition that must be justified.

It hasn’t taken long for examples to be shown of the impact of the woeful , ill conceived CGT changes. But Labor don’t care. This is a battle of ideology. And only those on the right side of the Aisle encourage and reward aspiration, entrepreneurialism, and simply giving each Australian the opportunities to get ahead without smacking them with absurd CGT changes. Labor and the Greens want to redistribute wealth. They don’t like or understand small business, and family enterprises. They are traditionally non Union. And because it’s ‘unfair’ in their mind for people to leave what they can to their children and grandchildren, they are coming for the Family home, and taxing our death , accompanied by Gift Duties. You can ignore their denials. We have seen that playbook already.
Another disaster for Australia… This @AlboMP government’s war on capital especially the new insane CGT changes are making small cap investing far less attractive. Why risk growth when the regime punishes success and rewards paying out dividends or gambling instead? Crazy! Exactly as predicted it’s crushing retail interest, leading to lower valuations, stifling innovation and productivity. The opposite of what they claim to want. Aspirational Australia is being vandalised. We must all fight back.
