A Q4 of 2024 reminder that no business needs to know your title. So they shouldn’t ask! Titles are not part of your legal identity. There are negative assumptions about all the female titles. Reject them wherever you can in solidarity 🙏🏼 🧡 #GDPR #EquitableRights

We spoke on BBC Woman’s Hour about marital status titles. Similar suggestions to Ellie Rees! 👏🏻 We have solutions for this too… and ‘Sir’ and ‘Miss’ in schools. And ‘Bachelors’ and ‘Masters’ degrees. It’s needless gendering of language. #EverydayBias

Totally agree! Titles are not a part of a person’s legal identity. They represent inequity for women, and are extremely problematic in our beautifully gender diverse world. Please challenge this however you are able 🙏🏼 #TitleEquity #FemaleEmpowerment #NonBinaryRights

I contributed to a bbc news report this week... and was so disappointed that their protocol is to use your full name the first time they mention you... and then title and surname... I hate being called any title... and would prefer everyone to just use my first name...
