Got my monitor setup! That was Day 1 of my renewed #100DaysOfCode. I have been having problems get it down and I think it stems from not having a work area and disruptions. Today is Day 2 where I worked on learning #Git and #commits. I got this now!
Some random stuffs I learned this week:
1. Polyglot: knowing or using several languages.
2. Gold List Method: allows you to retain up to thirty percent of the words in your long-term memory.
Please share yours and tag a friend as well. @paulinelucrezia@unmeekcoding@itohanray
D4 of #100DaysOfCode: Working through #GitHub's Introduction to GitHub and loving it. Wasn't able to code this weekend but I am working my schedule. Extra time was spent researching monitor setups.

D3 of #100DaysOfCode: Continued learning #Git and GitHub. Downloaded Git onto my computer. Very interested to figure out this tricky devil. If you want to learn #GitHub, check out lab.github.com. There are little courses to expose you to more code.

D2 of #100DaysOfCode: Started a course of how to use Git, #GitHub, and GitLab. I realized that I had worked on the basics and some advanced concepts of #Python but I don't fully understand one of the biggest VCS out there.

Starting up with the #100DaysOfCode after a hiatus! Day 1: Reviewed #scope in Chapter 3 and lists in Chapter 4 of the ATBS book. Finished my #DataAnalysis with Python course by @micvallis. Fantastic material! His name project with #pandas is awesome.
A day late but this was taken from the 2F of the #Auschwitz station. For a Pyschology class on the Nazi mind, it was a humbling opportunity to tour this horrendous place. After the tour of the horrors committed, I stood here and my heart broke for the lives lost. #NeverAgain
If you’re in #fintech, of course you know @JimMarous. Besides being a “finfluencer” par excellence, he consistently offers informative news and views via @FinancialBrand & many other avenues. We highlighted him in week 5 of our series on 200 innovators.

D-10 & 11 of #100DaysOfCode! Worked through a weather data project, with data from @NOAANCEIclimate, using #numpy. Awesome to watch it go from super confusing data to usable and easily understandable visuals. Started on #pandas, or numpy with labels.

Day 8 & 9 of #100DaysOfCode! Worked on #numpy yesterday and today. Learned how numpy #arrays work and how to manipulate them. Found about a little more about #slicing and how to pull data from arrays. Fascinating stuff!

So, I've interviewed a bunch of software engineers, done some interviews myself, and teach my students about interviewing.
Here's a thread of advice 👇🏻
