It seems @TraegerGrills wasn't prepared for a million people to be smoking turkeys at the same time on Thanksgiving and their servers couldn't handle the traffic. Guess it's back to monitoring temperature with my analog eyeballs every 15 minutes 'cause I can't log into my app.

There's a subtle cruelty to email auto-responders. They're the 1st to respond, lulling you into a sense of connection, then they do a 180° w/ a "Psych! Dave's not here man..." to excuse their lack of response. Now I'm sadder to have received the auto-response vs nothing at all.
