This week will be one of the coolest things I've ever been a part of. NASCAR on Prime will broadcast the @NASCARSanDiego race from an aircraft carrier. Join us for a special day of racing on Sunday as @SportsonPrime will be live from the flight deck of the USS Carl Vinson. Photo: Getty

Well, they need to sign the deal before Americans get to know what's in it...
We know the Iran deal is a capitulation by the United States because neither the President nor Vice President are willing to release the text. x.com/i/broadcasts/1aKbddRrv…

My friend and attorney Chad Hatmaker, who has experience in eligibility cases, summed up Sorsby ruling well. “This might be the case that actually generates real reform. That’s absolutely ridiculous. If you have an illness as an employee, you don’t get to break the rules because of it. An alcoholic can’t come to work drunk without getting fired.”

It's truly amazing that Tennessee found the only hometown judge that was impartial in the Joey Aguilar case. Sorsby getting a Tech judge to allow him to play is one of the darkest things we've seen in sports from a competition standpoint. (yes, obv violent criminals are worse)

Never thought I'd feel more bad for cfb media than I did watching @SethStokesWORD have to cover that sob Butch Jones yet here we are. Anarchy, lawlessness and hypocrisy running buck ass wild
If you can gamble on your own team and still play, what about the athlete caught cheating on a test, but then pleads in court he has a learning disability, supported by a specialist his attorney digs up, and that cheating is the only way he could stay eligible and cash in on NIL?

I love how this came to happen. With one lap to go in the Daytona 500, CBS-TV producer Bob Stenner hits his 'all call' key and barks "Everybody lay out !... Ned, be a dad, and call your boy home." You know what happens next... "Well, Alright!" Ned exclaims. "It's the Dale and Dale show, and you know which Dale I'm pulling for..." RIP to one of the best broadcasters and best friends this sport has ever known.
I know his racing career speaks for itself but this is one of my favorite NASCAR moments ever. Race on, Gentleman Ned.

Alex Kershaw’s D-Day coverage has begun. Every year it is utterly exceptional. Do ‘Follow’ him and keep up-to-date with his posts:
Goodbye to England. Many of the 73,000 US troops who will see action on D-Day, just 48 hours away, are now being ferried to troopships. Photo by the great Robert Capa. @WWIIMemorial

The full assault on reality we are seeing today has been planned for a long time. It’s intentional. It’s why Tucker pretends that Christians are treated great in Saudi Arabia where it’s illegal to build a church, but persecuted in Israel where they have full rights. It’s why Candace goes to Russia and claims they are a Christian nation while Christians outside the state church are regularly jailed and persecuted against there. It’s why they coordinate with and get paid by foreign interests while pretending to be concerned about foreign influence. It’s why they pretend to care about civilians killed in a war when it involves US or Israel, but then praise Russia while it murders countless civilians. They pretend to care about Christin deaths or persecution, but insist you ignore it at the hands of Islamists in Nigeria, Lebanon, Ukraine etc It’s why these people spend every day trying to destroy US alliances and cover for our enemies while pretending to serve American interests. It’s why they claim you’re not allowed to say things they say every day to enormous profit and benefit. They want to demoralize Americans and then subvert our belief in our system, until it gets destroyed. And they will ally with foreign enemies and domestic partners to do it. It’s why you see an alliance between Islamists, the far-lefts, and the alt-right. Because they are all invested in that destruction. They figure they will work out who takes power after.

If I could make everyone watch one video related to the current environment, it would be this one of former KGB agent Yuri Bezmenov describing how they planned to destroy America via ideological subversion. Only now some Americans are actively participating in this subversion.

Nick Saban: "Now you have schools that have $40 million rosters. So, if we continue to do that we're going to lose college sports, we're gonna lose scholarships. Basically you're going to have football and basketball succeed, and we'll have club sports for everything else."

Thanks for 100% transparency here Coach
Nick Saban, discussing collectives, outlines what Alabama was working with Says he had $2.7 million in his first year of NIL, then $7 million, and then $10 million. After he retired, he said it jumped to $17 million, then $24 million. “Now you have schools at $40 million”

Bass, in addition to being an awful mayor, is -- or at least was -- a witting agent of Cuban intelligence (DI) for years, perhaps decades....and, basically, nobody cares.
Jun 3
Incumbent Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass secured a spot on the November ballot and Spencer Pratt was running in second place as of early Wednesday morning, ahead of progressive city councilwoman Nithya Raman and 11 lesser-known candidates as more ballots were being counted. No candidate appears likely to exceed the 50% threshold to win outright, which means the top two will meet head-to-head in the November election. cnn.it/3PWM3Gc

Nobody does it better. Cue the Wayne.
The year is 2018, and former NFL All-Pro Aldon Smith has had a really long day. So the 6'5", 280-pound man climbs under a car and falls asleep. A few years prior, he became the fastest player in league history to get 30 quarterback sacks. At this point, getting double-digit sacks was all but expected, but double-digit arrests…not so much. But when he steps onto that field, he casually records 11 tackles and a sack. This was after an alcohol filled five year hiatus. Aldon Smith has always been legitimately great on a football field. He's just never seemed to believe he was worth much off it. But he’s always believed the lie that he wasn’t worth much off it.

For Memorial Day, do yourself a favor and take three minutes of your time to listen to this Civil War letter from Maj. Sullivan Ballou to his wife. I just started re-watching the Ken Burns series, which debuted in 1990 to a record-breaking audience of 40 million, for the first time since it originally aired. While I had forgotten all of the specifics of the show over the years, I NEVER forgot this letter or this moment, which closed the first episode. Burns kept a copy of the letter in his wallet for 25 years.

Kyle Busch is the reason we've written so many rules. Him being the exception to the rule and being inducted into the NASCAR Hall Of Fame this year would be the ultimate fitting and loving tribute. It's not emotional. It's what's right.
Brad Keselowski says Kyle Busch deserves to be immediately in the NASCAR Hall of Fame and any waiting period should be waived.
